Problem:
In the early days of Overture, Online Advertising Platform, our focus was speed to market. Naturally, the platform was not scalable, became prone to bugs and long SLA when we expanded to international markets very rapidly.
Solution:
After Yahoo! acquired Overture, I led the redesign effort for the entire site to be consistent with Yahoo! Design Guide, designed the Yahoo! Local Advertising platform, and revamped the entire ad platform experience.
Impact:
Increase in revenue and advertiser engagement.
