Problem:
The flow for shopping through MyPoints to earn rewards was confusing, and the background image of each reward option had a different design, which created a visual distraction. As a result, there was a high cart abandonment rate.
Solution:
Redesigned the entire site, highlighted the popular reward options, and created a consistent background for the reward options.
Impact:
Increased engagement, revenue per order, return purchases and reward redemption.
